Shipping policy

• Order inspection is only allowed in the presence of the delivery agent upon receipt.
• In case of receiving or returning the order, the delivery fee must be paid to the courier.
• No exchange or return is accepted after the courier leaves.
• For any order exceeding 3,000 EGP, 50% of the total amount must be paid in advance to confirm the order.

المعاينة متاحة فقط في وجود المندوب عند استلام الطلب.
في حالة استلام الأوردر أو إرجاعه، يتم دفع قيمة الشحن للمندوب.
لا يوجد استبدال أو استرجاع بعد مغادرة المندوب.
لأي أوردر تتجاوز قيمته 3000 جنيه، يتم تحويل 50٪ من إجمالي المبلغ مقدّمًا لتأكيد الطلب.
